Ensure Drop-In Permissions on Alexa

If the Permission is ON: When the Drop-In permission is ON that means all contacts has granted permission to Drop In on that echo device.
If the Permission is only my household: It means that the devices which are registered to your account can drop in on that echo device.

- Open Alexa App
- Go to Menu section and select Settings
