Sirs:

I connected my Echo Auto to my iPhone and everything went OK. When I tried to reconnect later, I ge Connection Unsuccessful.  I then did the Forget Device and attempted to reconnect my Auto to iPhone.

Same results.

The Orange light is sweeping across the Auto but always ends up saying Connection Unsuccessful.

I have tried every trick that was in Amazon Help section and various forums with no positive results.

If I go to devices, the Echo Auto F2QA is shown as Offline.

Your help is needed so I can reconnect my Echo Auto to my iPhone.
